Who We Are

Mahjong World Dubai is a Dubai-based Mahjong teaching, Club, and tournament service founded by Neha Bali.

Mobile App Accounts and Game Records

The calculator, basic glossary and introductory lessons work without an account. If you create an account, we use your name and email address for sign-in, verification and password recovery. Private games are stored in our Neon database with player names, scores, hand notes and correction history. Only the game owner and linked participants can read a private game; the owner manages its scores.

Choose Delete my account in the app to remove your account and games you own. You must confirm your password and have signed in recently. Names or notes another player entered in their own game may remain part of that record. Contact Neha for help with those records, class bookings, staff records or WhatsApp conversations, which are held separately from your app account.

Class codes are checked by our server against the class-access provider. They are separate from app accounts. Downloaded class material can be used for up to 24 hours after access is checked. Remove class access in the app to clear its credential and downloaded notes from that device. Calculator settings, lesson progress and favourites are saved locally and are not synchronized to your account. Signing out locks staff access and clears that account’s unsaved game drafts; it does not remove your device’s class code or learning progress.

Games remain available until removed through the app or account deletion. Corrections remain in the game history while the game exists. Staff score corrections retain an audit record. Please enter only player names and notes needed for the game, and ask before entering another person’s contact details.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that you choose to share with us, including:

• Name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp details, or Instagram handle.
• Messages, enquiry details, table preferences, class level, Club, and tournament interests.
• Information submitted through Meta lead forms, Facebook or Instagram ads, website forms, email, WhatsApp, or app-platform forms.
• Basic technical information such as device, browser, IP address, page activity, and referral source when you visit the website.
• Payment or attendance notes needed to administer enquiries, classes, Club sessions, tournaments, refunds, or business records.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to include it in a message.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and help you choose the right Beginner Class, Club Table, or Tournament.
• Confirm attendance, send reminders, manage waitlists, and provide customer support.
• Share relevant updates about Mahjong World Dubai when you have asked to hear from us or submitted a lead form.
• Measure website and advertising performance, improve our services, and understand which pages or campaigns are useful.
• Keep business, tax, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance records.

Meta Ads, WhatsApp, And Social Platforms

If you contact us through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or a Meta lead ad, the information you submit may be processed by Meta and shared with Mahjong World Dubai so we can respond to your enquiry. Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Apple, and other third-party platforms process information under their own privacy policies and account settings.

We may use campaign, lead form, or message details to follow up about the specific class, table, tournament, or offer you asked about. You can ask us to stop marketing follow-ups at any time.

Cookies, Analytics, And Advertising Tools

The website may use essential cookies, server logs, analytics tools, or advertising tools such as pixels to keep the site working, understand page performance, measure campaigns, and improve future enquiries. Browser and device settings may let you limit cookies or tracking.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when needed with:

• Service providers that help with hosting, email, messaging, analytics, enquiry administration, payments, or customer support.
• Venues, tournament partners, instructors, or support staff where needed to run a class, Club session, or tournament.
• Platforms you use to contact us, such as WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Apple, or email providers.
• Professional advisers, regulators, authorities, or other parties where required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or business-transfer reasons.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for enquiries, attendance, customer support, marketing follow-up you have not opted out of, accounting, dispute handling, and legal or business records. You may request deletion, and we will respond unless we need to keep certain records for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Your Choices

You can contact us to:

• Access, correct, or update your contact details.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Opt out of promotional WhatsApp, email, or social media follow-ups.
• Ask questions about how your information is handled.

Children And Minors

Mahjong World Dubai is not directed to children submitting their own personal information. If a minor joins a class, Club session, or tournament, a parent or guardian should handle enquiries and attendance details.

Mahjong World Dubai is based in Dubai, UAE. Some service providers and platforms may process information in other countries. When we use those services, information may be transferred or stored outside your country of residence.
